Typhoon Lagoon reopening this Sunday - updated entrance and roadways
Jan 4th 2013 at 6:45Disney's Typhoon Lagoon waterpark is set to reopen on Sunday January 6 2013, after completing its annual end of year closure for maintenance.
Notable modifications are a modified roadway system at the entrance of the park. The park now has a new dedicated right-turn lane to allow for much more efficient exiting of the park. In the past, when the park has closed it has caused long delays due to problems exiting. This change should make traffic flow much better.
Blizzard Beach is set to close for its annual refurbishment on January 6 2013, and will reopen on March 17 2013.
