Disney's All-Star Movies Resort Recreation

The resort has two pools. The main pool, Fantasia is located in between the Fantasia buildings and Cinema Hall.  The pool features Sorcerer Mickey standing at one end of the pool commanding water fountains with water spraying from his fingers. A small kids pool is located to the side of the main Fantasia pool.

The other pool, the Duck Pond Pool is located between the Mighty Duck buildings and is within close proximity to the 101 Dalmatians buildings.  The pool features a hockey theme with face-off circles on the bottom of the pool.

Both of the pools have a depth of between 3ft and 5ft. As an All Star Movies guest, you are free to go to any of the other All-Star resorts to use their pools.

As with most Disney pools, there are showers, lockers and restrooms in each pool area.

The pools are open from 8am - Midnight with a lifeguard present between 10am and 10pm.

Note that you will need to bring your towels from your room - if you need additional towels you can call  housekeeping from your room phone (free) and they will bring them to your room for you.

Cinema Hall contains an arcade with state of the art video games. It is open from 7am to 1am and uses a token system to use the arcade attractions. Guests can purchase tokens in the arcade. Some arcade games provide rewards in the form of tickets which can be redeemed for prizes.

There is also a children's playground located between the Toy Story buildings and the Cinema Hall building.

Disney's All-Star Movies Resort Transport

The All Star Resorts generally share transport. You will be provided with a complete transportation map when you check in  which gives you instructions on how to get to all the different areas on Disney property. To get to the different areas you'll just need to make sure you board the right bus. They display their destination clearly on top, however if you are unsure you can always ask the driver or a cast member.

The Disney bus transportation system is one of the easiest ways of getting around. Busses depart from the resort to all the parks regularly and are completely free to use at any time. The bus services generally stop running once the parks close, and tend to run for an hour either side of the park hours. During extra magic hours they will run slightly longer.

Disney's All-Star Movies Resort Dining

The resort doesn't have a table-service restaurant, however it does have a large counter-service food court, the World Premiere Food Court, which offers a bright and spacious dining area and a huge selection of foods, each split into their individually themed stations.

Some of the items offered include pizzas, rotisserie chicken, pasta, barbecued ribs, sandwiches, salads, baked goods, fruit and more. Take a look at our detailed menu for the World Premiere Food Court for a run down of whats offered.
