Disney's Old Key West Resort Recreation

The resort has four swimming pools. The main pool is 149,600 gallons and is located adjacent to the Hospitality House. It features a water slide, children's pool, sauna and a hot tub. The three smaller pools are located in the Old Turtle Pond, South Point and Miller's Road sections and are considered 'quiet pools'.

In addition to swimming, there are a number of other activities at the resort:

• Shuffleboard - Located near the Hospitality House, you can play for free
• 2 Arcades - The resort has two games arcades; Electric Eel games room at the Hospitality House, and the Flying Fish game room near the Turtle Shack snack bar.
• Basketball Court - Located adjacent to the Hospitality House
• Bike Rental - Rent standard or surrey bikes at Hank's Rent-N-Return and take a leisurely ride around the resort.
• Conch Flats Community Hall - Located inside the Hospitality House and offers a large-screen television, DVD rental, board games, foosball and table tennis in addition to daily activities.
• Jogging Trail - Take a stroll or jog along the 1.37-mile trek around the Old Key West Resort, along the shimmering waterways and golf fairways.
• Movies Under the Stars - Disney movies are played on a big screen by the pool at night.
• Tennis - The resort has three tennis courts. Equipment is available for rent at Hank's Rent-N-Return in the Hospitality House.
• Watercraft Rental - At Hank's Rent-N-Return you can hire a number of watercraft such as pedal boats, canoes and pontoon boats.

Disney's Old Key West Resort Dining

There are three dining locations at the Old Key West Resort;

• Good's Food To Go is a quick-service location offering burgers, hot dogs, sandwiches, salads and ice cream. Guests can sit at the outdoor seating area or take items away back to their room.
• Olivia's Cafe is a table-service restaurant specializing in home-style American cuisine and fresh seafood with a Key West influence. This quaint restaurant is open for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Menu items include Olivia's Shrimp Pasta Creation, Island Barbecue Pork Ribs and Spiced Pecan-crusted Mahi Mahi.
• Turtle Shack Snack Bar offers a small selection of hot and cold meals, snacks, speciality beverages and ice-cold beers.

Since you're not too far from Downtown Disney and several other resorts, you can hop on the resort boat line into Downtown Disney where there is a great selection of restaurants. You can also dine at any other Disney resort in the Downtown Disney Resort area and these are also on the same boat line.
