Epcot's Character Spot closing today
Oct 21st 2012 at 9:00We reported earlier this week that Epcot's Character Spot would be closing 'very soon' for a lengthly refurbishment, and Disney have now confirmed that it will be closed from today (Sunday, October 21 2012).
During the closue, guests will still be able to attend characher meet and greets, with Mickey, Minnie and Pluto appearing in the former Segway Training Room near Fountain View Ice Cream. The temporary area will have the same operating hours as the Character Spot.
Goofy will also be appearing at the main park entrance, near Spaceship Earth, and Donald Duck will be in his usual Mexico location.
