Disney's Beach Club Resort to undergo major refurbishment
Oct 22nd 2014 at 8:58Disney's Beach Club Resort will undergo it's first major multi-year refurbishment since opening back in 1990.
The work is expected to start some time in November or December of this year, and will last through to mid 2016, indicating significant work taking place.
The refurbishment will bring fresh decor to the rooms and resort areas. Public areas will likely be altered and possibly new areas created. The details aren't fully known yet, however we expect the resort to remain open, with the work being done in sections. Disney is currently doing this with the Polynesian Village Resort.
