Boardwalk Bakery to close for major refurbishment this weekend
Jan 4th 2013 at 11:00The Boardwalk Bakery is to be closed from January 6 2013 for a major refurbishment.
The bakery is to be fitted with a new entrance, new queue area and a vastly expanded menu. New items on offer will include soups, salads and sandwiches, along with the existing baked goods. A refillable mug station will also be added.
The bakery is expected to reopen on April 27 2013. During the closure, a temporary 'kiosk' style location will be on offer opposite the bakery, which will offer a limited selection of baked goods.
