FASTPASS to be tested at Hollywood Studio's Fantasmic from tomorrow

Disney will be trialing FASTPASS tickets at Disney's Hollywood Studios' Fantasmic nighttime show from tomorrow until April 27th.

FASTPASS tickets will be made available at the tip board area from around midday, and will not affect FASTPASSES on other attractions, so you can still get a FASTPASS for other rides during the day. It's been widely speculated that Fantasmic will adopt the new MyMagic+ FASTPASS+ program. That would indicate that this is the first phase of that rollout.

Assuming the trial is a success, we expect to see it rolled out for other shows such as Finding Nemo: The Musical at Disney's Animal Kingdom, and Festival of the Lion King at Disney's Animal Kingdom, later this year.
