VIDEO: The Villa's at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort to go on sale tomorrow, sneak preview

Disney have provided a sneak preview of The Villas, a new DVC location at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort.
DVC point purchases for the much anticipated location start tomorrow, May 23 2013 for existing DVC members. Non-DVC members can purchase points from June 19, 2013. The price per point is currently set at $145, with a 50 point minimum in order to finance your purchase. Points are generally sold in quantities of 25.
The new DVC resort is expected to open on October 23, 2013. Take a look at the video announcement below, followed by a selection of screen captures we took.
