Disney's Osprey Ridge Golf Course closing next month

Jul 21st 2013 at 8:52

Next month, Disney's Osprey Ridge Golf Course will temporary close, as its been sold to the Four Seasons Resort Orlando.

Back in 2009, The Golden Oak luxury resort community project was announced, and was to include the Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World. At the same time, Four Seasons acquired the Osprey Ridge course, to become part of the new resort.

The golf course will be closed from August 12 2013 where it will be turned over to the new Four Seasons' Management team. The actual Four Seasons hotel isnt scheduled to open until 2014, so the course will likely either re-open temporarily, or remain closed until the new resort is completed.
