Saratoga Springs to Downtown Disney walkway closing next week.
Jul 3rd 2013 at 9:30The walkway connecting Saratoga Springs to Downtown Disney is due to close next week as part of the construction work on the Disney Springs transformation.
WDWMagic reports that the closure on July 8th 2013 will allow the expansion of the Village Lake section of Downtown Disney's Marketplace area. Once completed a new sidewalk will be in place connecting Saratoga Springs to Disney Springs. The existing sidewalk on the West Side of Downtown Disney will remain open. The boat service will also remain in operation, as will the bus transportation.
