Disney Legend Marty Sklar book signing at Walt Disney World

Retired Imagineer and author Marty Sklar will be appearing at Hollywood Studios and Downtown Disney in September for book signings.

Sklar is known for his former role as Executive Imagineer and International Ambassador for Walt Disney Imagineering. He was the creative force behind Epcot, and has worked on numerous Disney parks including Tokyo Disneyland, Hollywood Studios, Disneyland Paris, Animal Kingdom, Disney California Adventure, Tokyo DisneySea and more. 

Marty will be at The Writer's Stop in Disney's Hollywood Studios on September 11, from 9:30am to 11:00am, and at Art of Disney at Downtown Disney on September 12, from 11:00am to 12:30pm.

A quote from Marty about his new book, "Dream It! Do It!" was provided by the Official Disney Parks blog:

"The book, in many respects, is a look back at the people I worked with and the passion they had for the product," explained Marty. "I also wanted to correct some of the myths about Walt Disney, because there are so many, and having worked with him I knew so many weren't true. I also wanted to take advantage of being the only person involved with the openings of all 11 Disney parks around world. I thought I had a responsibility to tell that story."
