Twinings of London already has a healthy partnership with Disney, and supplies tea products for Epcot's United Kingdom Pavilion. However they are about to not only renew this partnership, but will become the official tea supplier across both Walt Disney World and Disneyland Resort. This means all tea sold by Disney will be made by Twinings.
Disney currently use Nestle tea, however this will end within the next week or two as Twinings is rolled out across all quick service locations. Table Service restaurants will start offering Twinings later this year.
Disney added Fantasmic! to the new FastPass+ system over the weekend for those guests taking part in the MyMagic+ tests. We're expecting a full rollout of both MyMagic+ and FastPass+ in the not too distant future.
WDWMagic reported that Disney were testing some new bus wraps to provide a new design. They spotted both a Phineas and Ferb, and Marvel themed bus, indicating that Disney may start doing promotional designs on the busses, in a similar way to that of the Monorail.
The new base design, set to replace the long standing white, purple and yellow scheme is set to be a light silver/grey color, with red feature lines at the top and bottom. The new designs appear to still in testing however, as a number of variations of the design have been spotted driving around.
New bus service from Animal Kingdom to Downtown Disney
We reported that this new route was going to be tested a few months back, however it was delayed for unknown reasons. It does however now look like Disney are set to introduce this new route during September and October, from 3:00pm to 1:00am. The bus will stop at Downtown Disney's West Side.
Fountain View Ice Cream closed in April for conversion into a Starbucks location - the first inside Epcot. It's due to reopen on Wednesday, September 4, 2013 simply as 'Fountain View'. It'll be offering the Starbucks coffee range, as well as snacks such as pastries and cakes.
