Dining Reservation Cancellation Policy delayed

Nov 1st 2013 at 9:25

The new dining reservation policy that was supposed to come into effect yesterday has now been delayed. The policy would have seen all table-service reservations requiring a credit card, which would be charged $10 per guest for no-shows that weren't canceled 24 hours in advance.

Disney have not given a new date for when the policy might launch, and only states that it has been delayed:

Please, be advised that the expansion of the cancellation policy to all Walt Disney World Resort table-service locations (including Operating Participant locations) has been temporarily delayed. Communication will be provided once the new start date has been determined. The cancellation policy remains in place for all table-service locations that are currently part of the policy.
