Monorail schedule changing from September 1

Disney have announced that they will be making another change to the Monorail's operating hours to allow for the automation systems installation work to go ahead.

From September 1 through to September 26, 2014 the monorail will operate the following hours:

• Epcot Beam will operate daily from 9:00am to 11:00pm
• ​Magic Kingdom Express Beam which runs from the Transportation & Ticket Center to the Magic Kingdom will run from 9:30am to 1 hour after Wishes.
• Magic Kindom Resort Beam which runs from the Transportation & Ticket Center to the Polynesian Village, Wilderness Lodge, Contemporary and Grand Floridian Resorts, and of course the Magic Kingdom will operate from 8:30am to 11:00pm, except on days with special events (i.e Mickeys Not So Scary Halloween Party) where it will run to midnight.

In addition to this, on September 5 and 6, the Magic Kingdom Resort and Express Beam loops will close at 2:00am to accommodate Night of Joy guests.

Disney will continue to operate their water taxi and bus services at their usual operating hours, and will be available when the Monorail is not running.
