PHOTOS: Soft opening of Enchanted Forest this morning
Oct 12th 2012 at 16:17Disney this morning opened the Enchanted Forest. This comes just a day after we predicted that a soft opening would be imminent. WDWFans was there for the 10:00am opening, and have exclusive photos of the opening below. Disney executives were present, clearly there to check that everything went as planned. Whilst the area was busy by 11:00 am, the attraction wait times were seemingly intentionally over-predicred, with some showing up to 40 minutes, which were in reality under 15 minutes.
We also performed some Wifi tests, and found it to be very patchy. It seems the park operators have yet to add aditional wifi capacity for the new area, however it's likely that this will be completed over the coming weeks, in preperation for another soft opening in November.
