Changes to character meet and greets at Disney's Magic Kingdom in May
Apr 30th 2013 at 5:23During May a number of changes will be made to the character lineup for meet and greets at Disney's Animal Kingdom, including the removal of Eeyor.
The changes are being made to shuffle things around in preparation for the new plans for Camp Minnie-Mickey (rumored to be the site of the long awaited Avatarland). The changes will include the new indoor meet and greet, 'Adventurers Outpost' opening on May 12, 2013. This will be home to Mickey and Minnie, who will no longer be appearing at Camp Minnie-Mickey.
It's expected that Donald and Daisy will be moved to the Discovery Island boat dock. Pooh and Tigger will move to Camp Minnie-Mickey on May 10 (likely temporarily), and Eeyore will be removed completely.
