Magic Kingdom parade routes changed due to construction work
Sep 30th 2013 at 9:46For the first four days in October, parades that go down Main Street U.S.A at the Magic Kingdom will use a different route.
This is due to the ongoing concrete replacement work at the lower end of Main Street, so from October 1 to October 4, 2013 the route will bypass the Town Square area, and go directly from the City Hall gates onto Main Street, meaning they skip the 'loop' at the lower end.
Disney have adjusted their time guides, and cast members will be around the area during the parades to make sure guests aren't waiting in an area that wont be a part of the parade route.
