Character Meet and Greet changes at Disney's Animal Kingdom

Due to the impending closure of Camp Minnie-Mickey, there are some Character Meet-and-Greet reshuffles taking place from January 6 at Disney's Animal Kingdom:

• Chip and Dale will move to Rafiki's Planet Watch, with a new "meet and play" theme.
• Pocahontas will be along the Discovery Island Trail with colorful exotic birds, porcupines and other animals.
• King Louie and Baloo will be relocated to Upcountry Landing along Bradley Falls
• Donald Duck will move to DinoLandU.S.A.'s Creaceous Trail, along with Cory the dinosaur.

At the same time, Camp Minnie-Mickey will be closed, which means Festival of the Lion King will not be operating. It's expected to return in its new theater in Africa around Summer 2014. Other shows such as Finding Nemo - The Musical are still operating, but will likely be slightly busier.
