MagicBands rolling out across all Disney resorts for final tests from today

Following on from the recent trial of MagicBand at the Pop Century and All Star resorts, which were a huge success, Disney has now announced the dates that each resort will begin what is expected to be the final MagicBand test.

The MagicBand-only test is essentially a case of simply replacing the 'Key to the World' key with a MagicBand for each resort guest. This also provides guests the ability to use the new FastPass+ service in the parks.

The test rollout starts today and will be in full effect by January 20, 2014. Take a look at the complete rollout below:

• Monday, January 6 2014 - Disney's Art of Animation Resort
• Tuesday, January 7 2014 - Disney's Port Orleans Resort
• Wednesday, January 8 2014 - Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort and Disney's Coronado Springs Resort
• Thursday, January 9 2014 - Disney's Old Key West Resort and Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa
• Friday, January 10 2014 - Disney's Wilderness Lodge
• Monday, January 13 2014 - Disney's Yacht & Beach Club Resorts
• Tuesday, January 14 2014 - Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge
• Wednesday, January 15 2014 - Disney's BoardWalk Inn
• Thursday, January 16 2013 - Disney's Contemporary Resort
• Friday, January 17 2014 - Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa and Disney's Polynesian Resort
• Monday, January 20, 2014 - Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground

Where applicable, the rollout will also include any Disney Vacation Club rooms within each of the above resorts.
