Festival of the Lion King to re-open on June 1
May 30th 2014 at 9:15Disney have confirmed that the popular Festival of the Lion King live show at the Animal Kingdom will re-open this coming Sunday (June 1, 2014) in it's new theater, now located in the Africa section of the park.
The new 'Harambe Theater' will be home to the show, which will be the same show that was performed daily in the original theater, located in the now closed Camp Minnie Mickey.
Disney also confirmed to us that FastPass+ will be on offer for the show, and Lion King merchandise will return to a new kiosk outside the theater.
Show times will once again be hourly, from 10:00am to park close.
