Thousands of people are currently trying to get reservations for the Be Our Guest Restaurant. Reservations opened at 7:00 am this morning. As with their other popular dining locations, Disney are requiring all reservations to be done with a credit card guarantee. We've had reports that there are some issues with the automated reservation system not asking for a credit card. If this happens, there is a possiblity that your reservation will be cancelled within 24 hours as it will show as invalid and be automatically removed.
Because of this, we're advising that if you are not asked to enter your credit card details, that you hang up and try again, or contact Disney directly for assistance if you've already gone through the reservation process.
At the time of publication, there has been no official word from Disney as to the cause of the problem or when it may be resolved.

On the recently released official 2013 Disney Deluxe Dining Plan guide (PDF), Disney have quietly added Epcots Le Cellier Steakhouse as a 'Signature' dining location for lunch. The restaurant became a signature location back in March 2011 for its dinner menu, however at the time its lunch service stayed as a standard single-credit menu.
The difference for guests is that with it now being a 'Signature' lunch, you will need to use two Disney Dining Plan credits instead of 1, and its menu quality will be increased. This will obviously also mean a higher pricing on items for guests not on the Disney Dining Plan.
Le Cellier is located in the Canada Pavilion of Epcot's World Showcase.

Disney have today released concept art for the upcoming Wine Bar, Tutto Gusto. The new wine bar is located inside the Tutto Italia restaurant in the Italy Pavilion, which is currently undergoing extensive remodelling. The new wine bar is expected to open in early May and will be part of the Disney Dining Plan.
Click the image below to view the full sized preview of the concept art.
Gusto takes over the former lobby space of Tutto Italia and extends back toward Via Napoli. The 96-seat Tutto Gusto will be a more intimate space, with décor inspired by an Italian wine cellar with stone walls and floors, and vaulted ceilings and a fireplace in the dining room. Hours will be 11:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.
The chefs have created a small-plate menu that takes guests on a fabulous culinary tour of Italy. There are six sections and all sorts of wonderful tastes: Affettati (cured, sliced meats); Formaggi (Italian cheeses); Panini (sandwiches); Piccoli Piatti (small plates); Cavatappi (a type of pasta), and Dolci (sweets).
With more than two dozen small plates with everything from a taste of prosciutto de Parma to creamy burrata cheese and mussels with white wine, we can’t wait for a taste. The pasta dishes all are made with cavatappi, a corkscrew-shaped pasta, and include three versions: tomato and bufala mozzarella; shrimp, chilis, garlic and tomato; and arugula, potato, pancetta, tomatoes and asiago cheese. Classic Italian!
More than 200 Italian wines, including sparkling, reds and whites, and beers such as La Rossa, Moretti and Menabrea will be offered. Grappas – a distilled drink made from what remains of grapes after they have been pressed for winemaking – will be another specialty, or just sip an espresso or cappuccino.
