Journey of the Little Mermaid located in the new Fantasyland Forest area of the Magic Kingdom will be closing early on November 20, 2013 for routine maintenance.

As part of the upcoming Avatarland project, a new theater is being constructed for Festival of the Lion King at Disney's Animal Kingdom, however early January will be the last chance to see the popular stage-show before it closes for 6 months, at which point it will relocate to the new theater.
