Construction work started on Buena Vista Drive for Disney Springs project
Apr 14th 2014 at 14:12Construction work has now started on Buena Vista drive as part of a major expansion as part of the Downtown Disney / Disney Springs project.
The road works will see Buena Vista drive extended to 10 lanes, and a dedicated bus lane. In addition to this, two new pedestrian bridges will be built near Downtown Disney.
It's expected that the construction work will be in place until Spring 2016, meaning guests should allow for extra travel time when visiting the Downtown Disney resort area.
